HS Construction & Developer’s was founded in the year 1999 by Mr. Hari Shankar Rathore (Founder). His journey in the construction field began back in 1990, when he started working as an A-Class Contractor in the CSPDCL power plant. His involvement in government contracts and major infrastructure projects earned him deep experience and respect in the industry.

With his vision, hard work, and commitment to quality, HS Construction & Developer’s soon became one of the most trusted house construction companies in Korba.

Today, the company is known across Korba and surrounding areas for its quality work, on-time delivery, and reliable construction services.

Carrying forward this legacy, Mr. Gaurav Rathore, son of Mr. Hari Shankar Rathore, now leads the company as the Co-Founder & CEO.
