HS Construction & Developer’s<\/strong> was founded in the year 1999 by Mr. Hari Shankar Rathore (Founder)<\/strong>. His journey in the construction field began back in 1990, when he started working as an A-Class Contractor in the CSPDCL power plant. His involvement in government contracts and major infrastructure projects earned him deep experience and respect in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With his vision, hard work, and commitment to quality, HS Construction & Developer\u2019s soon became one of the most trusted house construction companies in Korba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the company is known across Korba and surrounding areas for its quality work, on-time delivery, and reliable construction services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrying forward this legacy, Mr. Gaurav Rathore<\/strong>, son of Mr. Hari Shankar Rathore<\/strong>, now leads the company as the Co-Founder & CEO<\/strong>.
